No returns, exchanges or refunds

All products supplied by Synova Research are research chemicals. Once dispatched, their integrity, storage conditions and chain of custody can no longer be verified. For this reason all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds, including on unopened products.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at synovasupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. Where we are at fault, we will resolve it at our discretion — this is a goodwill remedy and does not create a general right of return.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment has been taken, as batches are allocated and dispatched immediately.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept this policy, that you are purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research only, and that you waive any expectation of return or refund.
